You may have heard there are some people looking to get hired for jobs in Washington DC this Tuesday. So we looked at Textio’s data to find out what kind of experience requirements are associated with the fastest-filling jobs in the District of Columbia, and here is what we found:

The phrase “unpaid experience” tops the list; those job ads get filled on average 8.2 times faster than typical jobs. It looks like “career transition” is a high-performing phrase as well, with those positions filling nearly 7 times faster than average (which may be of some comfort to folks who end up on the losing side of their election).
